<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To number a ticket with a unique code in both a ticket issuing terminal machine and a center when selling the ticket such as a lottery ticket, to print or record the code to the lottery ticket for selling, and to individually check the code in both the machine and the center at repayment, so as to improve security, in a ticket issuing system and a ticket issuing method for printing or recording the check code to the ticket for the selling. <P>SOLUTION: This ticket issuing system has: a means generating a terminal secret code on the basis of information about a terminal requested for ticket issue and information requesting for the ticket issue, and transmitting the terminal secret code to the center; a means receiving a center secret code generated in the center and a center ticket face ID generated on the basis of the transmitted terminal secret code in the center; a means generating a terminal ticket face ID on the basis of the received center secret code; and a means printing or recording the received center ticket face ID, the generated terminal ticket face ID and ticket-issuing contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
