PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a highly reliable ground unit detector which performs resonance determination without adjustment and that in a short time by solving various problems such as the length of a cable, the level of resonance determination by the properties of a unit on a vehicle and the above ground unit, the difficulty of adjustment by the change of the phase, and noise resistance. SOLUTION: This signal processor repeatedly generates the groups of signals for one cycle which are constituted by changing the frequency of the groups of signals in each pair, with one pair being a group of signals in transmission time of n×t, separately for each pair within the range leading to ground resonance frequency fa.
