PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grease composition which can inhibit further peeling of a white texture, and to provide a grease-enclosed roller bearing. SOLUTION: The grease composition comprises a base oil, a thickening agent (preferably a specific diurea compound), and 0.5-10 mass%, based on the total grease amount, corrosion-proofing agent (preferably benzotriazole or its derivative), and the roller bearing encloses this grease composition.
