PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic map display device capable of sufficiently enhancing expression performance of map display and switching a normal display and a display with enhanced expression performance without requiring special switch operation. SOLUTION: The electronic map display device 1 has a map information storing part 7 for storing map information in various kinds of display format, a display part 6 and an inclination sensor 4 for sensing an inclination angle of a display screen 6a of the display part 6 or the electronic map display device 1.
