PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric module in which an electrode is rigidly connected to a thermoelectric element and which is high in an energy efficiency. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric module is manufactured by a method wherein a p-type thermoelectric element (12) and an n-type thermoelectric element (13) are inserted into the inserting ports (23, 24) of at least one sheet of lattice plates (20, 21), then the lattice plates (20, 21) are arranged at the vicinity of ends of the thermoelectric elements (12, 13) so as not to be contacted with the other side electrodes (14, 15), and a mask (18) equipped with opening units (29) is applied on a part for forming the electrodes (14, 15) to cover the same part, while the electrodes (14, 15) are formed at positions of the opening units (29) having no masking, then, the mask (18) is removed, whereby the thermoelectric module is manufactured.
