PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunological detection method for inspecting an anti-mitochondria M2 antibody specifically and quickly with high sensitivity, and an immunological detection kit for the anti-mitochondria M2 antibody using the detection method. SOLUTION: When insoluble carrier particles acquired by sensitizing a mitochondria M2 antigen is mixed with a specimen and an agglutination reaction of the insoluble carrier particles by an antigen-antibody reaction is generated, the absorbance of reaction liquid is changed. In this case, the absorbance variation is measured, and the anti-mitochondria M2 antibody is detected. Synthetic polymer latex particles are used as the insoluble carrier particles.
