PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional film excellent in processability and quality stability. SOLUTION: The functional film is obtained by successively laminating a releasable layer (I') provided if necessary, a bonding layer (II) formed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive or an adhesive and a urethane resin layer (III) formed from an aqueous urethane resin dispersion (A), substantially having no tackiness in itself and having a tensile elongation at break of 50-1,000%. The tensile elongation at break is a value obtained when a sample with a length of 30 mm, a width of 10 mm and a thickness of 0.05 mm is measured at -10°C at a tensile speed of 200 mm/min.
