PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held lawn mower further decreasing vibration and abrasion of a cutting blade. SOLUTION: This hand-held lawn mower has cutting blades (5 and 6) vertically superposed on each other and having on each end blade parts (13a, 13b, 13c, 14a, 14b, 14c and 14d) which line up in a comb-like manner. Both the cutting blades (5 and 6) are made to relatively perform both-way angular movement with a fulcrum pin as a fulcrum. A plurality of through holes (20a and 20b) are bored into one side or both sides of the cutting blades (5 and 6) so as to go along the line of the blade parts (13a, 13b, 13c, 14a, 14b, 14c and 14d).
