PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device having a degasifier capable of effectively stopping, while degasifying by vacuuming that powder after degassing is formed in lump shapes and accurately measuring the powder after degassing. SOLUTION: A container 11 storing the powder containing gas is divided into an upper chamber 20 and a lower chamber 30 through a screen 13. A two-axis screw feeder 40 is installed in the upper chamber 20 along the screen 13. The lower chamber 30 is connected to a blower 51 and brought into a negative pressure chamber. The powder containing gas fed by the two-axis screw feeder 40 is degasified during feeding to reduce the bulk density thereof. A meter 71 is installed at a feeding part to measure the powder packed in a bag. The two-axis screw feeder 40 comprises a large capacity feeder and a small capacity feeder to increase a measurement accuracy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
