A filter device for suppressing any electromagnetic trouble generated in an AC load circuit connected to a power converter of the AC output. This filter device comprises a common mode choke connected between an AC output terminal of the power converter and an input terminal of the AC load circuit, and a connecting means for connecting a lead wire from a neutral point of the AC load circuit to a reference electric potential point having little electric potential fluctuation on a power source system side against the power converter.
