Transmission method of data packets from transmitter to receiver, involves retransmission of selected left over data packets in another container during transmission abortion

Data packets of number smaller than the number of the left over data packets during abortion of transmission of a container carrying the data packets with a specified sequence number. The selected data packets are transmitted using another container bearing same sequence number and having stronger forward error correction. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) data transmission system for transmitting data packets from a transmitter to a receiver; (2) transmitter for a data transmission system; (3) receiver for data transmission system; (4) software program for performing a transmission of data packets from a transmitter to a receiver.
