PURPOSE: Provided are a multilayer film for heat laminating having sufficient adhesion to a styrene-based polymer sheet or film, a layered body using the multilayer film and a heat molded container comprising the layered body. The heat molded container has excellent boiling resistance, heat resistance and oil resistance. CONSTITUTION: The multilayer film for heat laminating comprises (A) a layer comprising a propylene-based polymer; (B) a layer comprising 30-70 wt% of a propylene-based polymer and 30-70 wt% of an ethylene-based polymer; and (C) a layer comprising 30-70 wt% of an ethylene-based polymer having a density of 0.90-0.97 g/cm3, 10-50 wt% of a petroleum resin having a softening point of 110-150 deg.C and 10-50 wt% of a noncrystalline or low crystalline ethylene-α-olefin random copolymer, in turn, and the (A) layer and the (C) layer form a surface layer, respectively. The layered body is formed by layering a polystyrene-based sheet or film on the (C) layer of the multilayer film.
