PURPOSE: Provided is a device for strengthening a perineal region to prevent diseases, to perform finger-pressure therapy in necessary, and further to intensively strengthen a desired portion of the perineal region in a comfortable posture by displaying the contraction and slackness extent of the perineal region even though a user's sitting posture or bodily structure is different. CONSTITUTION: The device for strengthening a perineal region comprises a seat portion(10) for a user to have a seat; an opening portion(11) formed in the middle of the seat portion(10); a finger-pressure head(20) being placed on the opening part(11) to be ascended to pressure the perineal region of the user when ascending; and ascending unit(30) to raise the finger-pressure head(20). When the finger-pressure head(20) descends, the perineal region of the user is placed on the upper part of the opening part(11), thereby smoothing the circulation of blood by preventing the pressure by the seat portion(10), and when the finger-pressure head(20) ascends according to the selection, the perineal region of the user is finger-pressured and massaged.
