PURPOSE: A structure of fixing a magnet in a motor for a sealed rotary compressor is provided to support a top side and a bottom side of the magnet and prevent the separation of the magnet from a stacked core by installing notch units at end plates installed at a top side and a bottom side of the stacked core. CONSTITUTION: A structure of fixing a magnet in a motor for a sealed rotary compressor includes a stacked core, a magnet, and a plurality of end plates. The magnet(302) is installed in the inside of the stacked core(201). The end plates(202) are coupled to a top side and a bottom side of the stacked core in order to prevent the separation of the magnet from the stacked core. A notch unit(400) is installed at the end plate in order to support the magnet. The notch unit is projected to each inner side of the end plates.
