PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing foreign materials on seal rolls in bright annealing furnace sealing box is provided to reduce excessive line stopping time during cleaning of the seal rolls by periodically cleaning the seal roll in the state that hydrogen gas is not removed during facility operation. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a cleaning part comprising a brush roll(10) which is laid down in an axial direction of the seal rolls in the sealing box(106) of bright annealing furnace, and to the surface of which brush is attached, and a driving motor(11) installed on an outer side of the sealing box to rotate the brush roll, wherein foreign materials stuck to the surface of upper and lower seal rolls are cleaned to be removed; a moving part comprising a rotation plate(20) which is rotationally installed at the outer surface of the sealing box, and through which rotation shaft of the brush roll passes in such a way that the rotation shaft of the brush roll is eccentric for the center of the rotation plate, an operating lever(21) projected to a certain length to the outer side of the rotation plate, and a driving cylinder(22) installed at the side of the sealing box and connected to the operating lever to rotate the rotation plate, wherein the cleaning part is selectively contacted with the surface of the seal rolls, wherein the apparatus further comprises a collection part comprising foreign material pan(30), suction pipe(31), operating cylinder(32), catching plate and suction means, and wherein the collection part further comprises cover(40), and a heating means comprising heating wire(41).
