PURPOSE: A memory data management system and method is provided to store important data, needed for a user approval or a certification in a security system, at a non-volatile memory like a flash memory and to delete arbitrarily the stored data at an emergency state. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a charging and discharging module(10), a switch(11), a CPU(13), a battery(14), a bus line(15), a relay(30), an event resistor(31), a data deletion logic circuit(32) and a flash memory(33). The CPU(13) extracts key values from the flash memory(33) via an interface with the data deletion logic circuit(32), and processes a user approval or certification. The charging and discharging module(10) turns off the switch(11) and performs a conventional battery(14) charging process in a case that a commercial electric power is supplied for, but turns off the switch(11) and performs a battery(14) discharging process in a case that a commercial electric power is not supplied for. The relay(30) supplies either a commercial electric power or a battery power for the flash memory(33). If the supply of the commercial electric power is abruptly stopped, the relay(33) supplies the battery power for the flash memory(33) so that it maintains the stored important data.
