<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display lamp capable of performing multiple functions by a single light source. <P>SOLUTION: The display lamp (10) comprises an optical device (12) with an optical axis (A-A) directed from rearward to forward, the light source (14) generating luminous fluxes forwardly disposed on the optical axis, the optical device collecting and distributing light fluxes generated by the light source in order to provide forwardly a display function satisfying a rule. The optical device (12) comprises a center optics known as an optical engine (22) disposed in front of a coaxial ring reflector (20) and the light source, the optical engine (22) arranged to distribute beams of light generated by the light source (14) towards the coaxial reflector substantially in a lateral direction centered by the axis, the coaxial ring reflector arranged to distribute the beams of light forwardly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
