<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black inkjet recording ink excellent in image durability including image quality and in ink ejectability. <P>SOLUTION: The black inkjet recording ink contains a black dye having specified properties and contains at least one compound represented by formula (A) or formula (B). In formula (A), R<SB>21</SB>is a 5-40C alkyl; m<SP>1</SP>is an average number of moles of added ethylene oxide and is 2 to 40.
