<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and efficiently perform the control/arranging work of data at the time of medical imaging due to a doctor's round of visits using a portable data terminal. <P>SOLUTION: In the medical imaging system 100, a control unit 1 extracts the photographing order data of X-ray photographing due to the doctor's round of visits among the photographing order data stored in a photographing order data file 171 upon the reception of the transmission request of the photographing order data from a PDA (personal digital assistant) 4 to transmit the same to the PDA 4. The PDA 4 allows a cassette ID (identification data), which is acquired by reading the bar code of a cassette A with respect to the selected photographing order data to analyze the same, to correspond to the photographing order data to store the same and transmits it, to which the cassette ID is allowed to correspond, to the control unit 1.
