<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network communication system having improved safety by providing an access restriction function or a system for registering information about a user participating in a community. <P>SOLUTION: A bulletin board page is displayed on a client machine 10 of a member to the member registering self-introduction information and recognized that the member satisfies participant conditions set by a manager or to the member newly registering a self-introduction sentence and a nickname.
