<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a customer history management system capable of simplifying management processing while reducing the storage capacity of a storage device to reduce the burden of a facility cost by efficiently recording history data. <P>SOLUTION: This system has a history file 5 for retaining purchase history data for every customer, a specified commodity table 4 in which the kind of a specified commodity to be recorded as purchase history is preliminarily set, a card reader for customer card for inputting customer information for specifying a customer, and a store controller 1 for recording, when the kind of a commodity-registered sales commodity is identical to the kind of the commodity set in the specified commodity table 4, the commodity information of this sales commodity as the corresponding purchase history data of the history file 5 on the basis on the customer information inputted by the card reader. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
