<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asset management and maintenance system for a structure by private fund introduction that can raise a sufficient and appropriate fund for asset management and maintenance by enrolling as members management and maintenance entities 2 engaged in asset management and maintenance of a structure such as a bridge 5 and using regional currency 8 distributable between the members. <P>SOLUTION: The asset management and maintenance system aims to achieve the provision of various techniques, services and goods for asset management and maintenance of the bridge 5, to which fixed value (the regional currency 8) is to be given. As a management and maintenance fund 3, an equipment investment fund for improving management and maintenance equipment 9 and a business fund for a management and maintenance business 10 are raised.
