<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform insulation of cable terminals quickly and efficiently without skilled technique by putting a thermal contracting tube made of an insulator on the terminals and heating it to contract, further the insulator is easily removed when the cable connection is disconnected. <P>SOLUTION: Two or more cables 1a and 1b are connected to their terminals 2a and 2b, respectively, with a bolt 3 which penetrates these terminals and is screwed with a nut 4 to fasten the terminals mutually.
