<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information processor that is resistant to an external impact, capable of preventing a lid part from being easily opened, and provided with a handle structure and a lock structure. <P>SOLUTION: Handles 16 and 17 are attached to a cabinet 11a constituting a body part 11 and a cabinet 14a constituting the lid part 14, respectively. The handles 16 and 17 are composed of support parts 16a and 17a, and grips 16b and 17b, respectively, and superimposed on each other with the the lid part 14 closed, and the grips 16b and 17b can be integrally gripped.
