PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect only non-contact tokens. SOLUTION: This non-contact token inputting device is provided with an opening/closing shutter at a token input port to which a non-contact token is inputted is provided with a shutter driving mechanism for driving the opening/closing of the shutter, an antenna arranged near the token input port so that the position of the non-contact token which is being inputted to the token input port can be turned into a first magnetic field and that the moving position of the non-contact token inputted to the token input port can be turned into a second magnetic field and a control means for controlling the shutter driving mechanism to open the token input port when communicating with the non-contact token in the first magnetic field.
