PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide device for improving the accuracy of positional inspection for a filter groove. SOLUTION: The optical waveguide device has a core, a clad and a groove for installing parts or an end face for installing parts for multiplexing/demultiplexing or reflecting the guided light.
