PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding apparatus capable of performing heat welding without neglecting the individual characteristics and performances even if a part to which the heat welding is applied is close to a part to which heat is not required to be applied when a film or a sheet is heat-welded to resin parts and part of a structure combined with the above resin parts. SOLUTION: The welding apparatus is one for welding the film or sheet with the resin parts by a heater tool in which a clearance is provided between the main body block and heating block fixed through an insulating material and the adsorption shaft thereby to prevent the heat from the heating block from spreading to the adsorption shaft and by passing air into the clearance the heat insulation effect is enhanced between the main body block and heating block fixed through the insulating material and the adsorption shaft.
