PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately set the thresholds of the amplification degree of an amplification circuit and a signal conversion circuit without using expensive parts and an additional circuit. SOLUTION: The amplification degree in the amplification circuit 4 and a threshold in a signal processing circuit 8 are determined according to the ratio of the resistance values of resisters 6, 7 and 10 to 12 arranged in their respective circuits. For this reason, the resisters 6, 7 and 10 to 12 arranged in their respective circuits are formed of similar resistance material on the same semiconductor substrate. Since each of the resistors 6, 7 and 10 to 12 shows the same fluctuation tendency, even if each of the resistance values fluctuated due to its temperature characteristic and aged deterioration, therefore, the fluctuation of the ratio of the resistance values of the resistors 6, 7 and 10 to 12 can be controlled. Accordingly, the fluctuation of the amplification degree and threshold of each resistor can be restrained, as a result, the amplification degree and threshold of each resistor can be set highly accurately.
