PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a water surface-floating agrochemical formulation which can uniformly diffuse an antifungally active ingredient and/or an insecticidally active ingredient in rice paddy and exhibits an excellent antifungal effect and/or an insecticidal effect. SOLUTION: This water surface-floating agrochemical formulation is characterized by comprising an antifungally active ingredient and/or an insecticidally active ingredient, an ester compound represented by formula (1) [R is a 6 to 9C aliphatic hydrocarbon; A is RCO- or H; (m) and (n) are each an integer of 0, 1, or 2, satisfying 1≤(m)+(n)≤2] as a surfactant, a high boiling point solvent, water surface-floating hollow bodies, and glassy powder having an average particle diameter of 1 to 50μm and comprising irregular shape small pieces obtained by crushing natural glassy foam.
