The cutting press (1) includes at least two pairs of cutting tools (4/6,4/7), each constituted by a punch tool (4) that can be actuated with the aid of a press device (2,4) and at least one corresponding punch die (6,7). The press includes an alignment device (3,5) for displacing the pairs of cutting tools so as to align the pairs of tools being used, with an object to be cut (9). A control window is provided to allow visual alignment, with the opening being closed by an unbreakable, transparent window. Independent claims are included for: (i) an alignment device for the above press; (ii) a punch tool for the cutting press; and (iii) a punch die for the cutting tool.
