PURPOSE: A double-edged cuticle cutter is provided to easily adjust a cuticle removal depth according to a working angle of or a pressing degree of the clipper and remove cuticle very safely in use. CONSTITUTION: The double-edged cuticle cutter(10) made of metal is secured to one end of a grip(11) of such a proper length to be holdable by one hand. A grip coupling part is formed at one end of the double-edged cuticle cutter(10) around a neck region(37). A concave part(31) of spoon shape is formed at the other end thereof. Both surfaces(31-1,31-2) of the inner side of the concave part(31) are concaved in a V-shaped. The lower part of a convex surface in the outer side forms an opening part by horizontal cutting and abrasion to form a push edge(33-1) and a pull edge(33-2). The left and right sides of the convex surface form edges of an abraded surface at a predetermined angle to form side edges(34-1,35-1) of a curve, thereby safely and easily cutting cuticle such as nail.
