<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evading the abundant generation of "state notifying message" in a voice processing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An exchange side transmission line terminating unit 22 terminates a transmission line with an exchange 1 for mobile communication. An encoding/decoding unit 23 (0-N) processes encoding/decoding voice data corresponding to a channel. A base station side transmission line terminating unit 24 terminates the line with a radio base station apparatus 3. A monitor control unit 21 periodically inquires service states of all units mounted in the voice processing apparatus, and does not transmit the "state notifying message" to the exchange 1 when the mobile communication exchange side transmission line terminating unit 22 or the radio base station side transmission line terminating unit 24 has a fault at an error recognition time by inquiring the encoding/decoding unit 23 (0-N). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
