<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect deficiency with respect to components 21, 22 mounted on a body to be inspected under a condition that the components are hidden from outside by another component 26 or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The components 21, 22 or the like to be inspected are mounted on the object for deficiency inspection or the body 2 to be inspected. A discrimination code for discriminating the component to be inspected is stored in the components 21, 22 to be inspected, and the discriminating code is transmitted to a deficiency inspecting device 10. The discriminating codes sent from the components 21, 22 or the like to be inspected are received in the deficiency inspecting device 10.
