<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered product for packaging which is provided with superior durability over thermodynamic stress encountered in the manufacturing process of the product and with durability not generating a crack or a split in a barrier layer and in a paper base material layer during a food packaging and filling process and when the layered product is inserted and folded up. <P>SOLUTION: This layered product for packaging comprises an innermost thermoplastic resin layer, an aluminum foil, an extrusion lamination layer, a fiber carrier layer and an outermost thermoplastic resin layer. The innermost thermoplastic resin layer is at least thick enough to be heat sealed, and is made of polyethylene by metallocene catalyst not containing an additive substantially. The extrusion lamination layer is provided with an extrusion characteristic and is made of polyethylene by metallocene catalyst. The outermost thermoplastic layer has a sealing characteristic with the innermost thermoplastic resin layer and is made of a polyethylene by metallocene catalyst. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
