<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance traveling stability and reduce fuel consumption by adequately distributing the torque to driven wheels according to the traveling circumstances. <P>SOLUTION: The torque transmitted from an engine to drive wheels is distributed to driven wheels by a torque transmission clutch as necessary. The pre-torque is operated in a feed-forward manner based on the vehicle speed and the throttle opening degree. The feedback torque is operated in a feedback manner based on the rotational speed difference between the drive wheels and the driven wheels and the vehicle speed. A torque transmission clutch is controlled based on a command torque which is obtained by the addition of the pre-torque and the compensation torque, so that the command torque is distributed to the driven wheels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
