PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cost-advantageously perform a blank correction based on a little specimen without impairing miniaturization of an analytical instrument. SOLUTION: In a correction method when analyzing the plurality types of analysis items from a single type of specimen, the plurality of analysis items having similar reaction conditions in the analysis out of the plurality types of analysis items are corrected based on the same blank measurement result. Preferably, the plurality of analysis items are classified according to similarity of the reaction conditions in the analysis into a plurality of groups and the plurality of groups are subjected to a plurality of blank measurements having mutually different measurement conditions. In this case, in the analysis of each analysis item comprising each group, it is preferable to correct it based on the blank measurement result corresponding to the applicable group.
