PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable equipment which can be miniaturized and the cost of which can be reduced. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 is provided with: a first case 2; a first board 101 housed in the first case 2; a second case 3 rotatably mounted on the first case 2; a second board 151 housed in the second case 3; a first flexible printed circuit board 301 which connects the first board 101 with the second board 151; a camera part 21 provided in the first case 2; and a second flexible printed circuit board which connects the first flexible printed circuit board 301 with the camera part 21.
