PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-interrupt switching device which causes no useless non-interrupt switching in asynchronous switching of a video signal and switching of a video signal point and to prevent the adjustment area of an internal memory buffer from crashing in switching the video signal point. SOLUTION: A status monitoring part 31 monitors a status of a received signal. A system switching control part 32 evades output of a system switching instruction to a system switching part 4 when status transitions of first and second systems are within first switching wait-and-see time t1. In addition, the system switching control part 32 evades output of the system switching instruction to the system switching part 4 when status transition from a still image to a moving image is within second switching wait-and-see time t2. Thus, generation of the useless non-interrupt switching is prevented. When the status monitoring part 31 detects the switching of the video signal point, a delay adjustment control part 33 issues an instruction for performing initial setting processing of the adjustment area in the memory to a delay adjustment part 1.
