PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device which is capable of keeping its high luminous properties and superior reliability. SOLUTION: A light emitting layer 1 with a pn junction is pinched between a pair of reflecting layers 2, and an amorphous layer 3 is interposed between the reflecting layers 2 and the light emitting layer 1 respectively for the formation of the semiconductor laser device.
