PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for reducing writing and deleting processes caused numerously in association with updating of a logical page. SOLUTION: This method for processing contents related to a block in a nonvolatile memory includes a process for acquiring a first set of the contents related to a first logical group, which includes a plurality of logical pages related to a first logical block, in the first logical block mapped in a first physical block, a process for writing the first set of the contents in a memory area, a process for writing the first set of the contents in a first physical group in the second physical block from the memory area, and a process for mapping the second physical block in the first logical block.
