PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm notification device that has a function of reliably notifying an alarm raised while communicating with an unspecified number of upper monitoring devices. SOLUTION: The alarm notification device 1 comprises an operational status signal detection part 12 for detecting an operational status signal of monitor target equipment 3, a communication part 16 for establishing communication via a communication line 41, a communication control part 13 for controlling the communication, and an alarm notification part 15 for notifying an alarm signal when detecting an anomalous signal. A communication check part 14 checks a communication status on the communication line 41, and a communication disconnection part 16 disconnects communication via the communication line 41 used at anomalous signal detection.
