PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the thickness adjustment of a joined part when a composite material part is joined. SOLUTION: This laminate shim 1 of a multi-layer structure is formed by laminating a plurality of pieces of composite material sheets 2 and an intermediate film 4 having mold-releasing property. By such a laminate shim 1 made of the composite material, the thickness adjustment of a joined part can be easily performed by properly peeling the composite material sheets 2 having the same quality as the composite material part.
