PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a cushion material which can inhibit big repulsion from occurring in relation to locally big loading added from the neighborhood of the buttocks. SOLUTION: The cushion material 1 has a primary center section 11 undergoing loading from the neighborhood of the femur of a seat person and a second center section 12 undergoing loading from the neighborhood of the buttocks of the seat person and the outer layer section 15 is arranged on the surface side of the second center section 12. The outer layer section 15 is more projecting than the surface 111 of the primary center section 11, has smaller impact resilience than urethane foam composing the primary center section 11 and the second center section 12, and consists of the urethane foam having a greater hysterisis loss and return time.
