PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fire spread even if internal electric wiring and internal electrical component ignite. SOLUTION: A heated toilet seat 3 has a toilet seat body as an outer shell which is made a hollow shell shape by connecting an upper toilet seat 3a and a lower toilet seat 3b each made of synthetic resin, using ultrasonic welding and the like, a fire prevention material layer 5 provided wholly inside the toilet seat body, and a heater 6 attached on the inner surface of the fire prevention material layer 5 on the upper seat 3a side. A toilet seat box 2 has a bottomless shape upper half body 2a and a bottom plate 2b connected to the upper half body 2a.
