PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheet from being pasted to a guide member by static electricity. SOLUTION: A sheet guiding device 80 comprises a sheet guide path 83 for guiding a sheet; and a return prevention sheet 7 for forming the wall surface of the sheet guide path 83 for guiding the sheet. A sheet guide surface 7a for guiding the sheet in the return prevention sheet 7 is set to be a roughened surface, where no sheets are pasted. The sheet guide surface 7a is set to be a roughened surface, thus preventing the sheet from being pasted to the return prevention sheet for generating jam by static electricity being generated when the sheet passes the return prevention sheet.
