<p>The invention relates to a stacking box for perishable products. The inventive box can be obtained from a single sheet or from five independent pieces which, when duly fixed together, form said box. The invention is characterised in that the front panels extend into extension pieces comprising transverse fold lines which are used to form the standard corner reinforcing elements. The aforementioned reinforcement-forming extension pieces comprise four fold lines (5-6-7-8) defining segments (9-10-11-12-13) which, when assembled, form: a first segment (9) which rests against the inner face of the side wall (2), a second segment (10) which is disposed diagonally, a third segment (11) which rests against the inner face of the front panel (3), a fourth segment (12) which is disposed perpendicularly to the diagonal segment (10) and a final segment (13) which rests against one half of the inner face of said diagonal segment (10). According to the invention, tabs (14-15) are provided on the upper edge of segments 10 and 12-13 and, when assembled, said tabs form projecting elements which are perpendicular to one another and which can be positioned in corresponding notches (16-17) when the boxes are stacked. At the same time, the projecting elements formed by said tabs (14-15) are also positioned in windows (20) which are disposed in the upper, horizontal bridge members (18) of the front panels (3).</p> |
