PURPOSE: A rigidity test device of a recliner of a seat and a frame is provided to inspect the intensity of the recliner of the seat and the frame by analyzing force to the seat with measuring speed to a dummy by connecting the fixing and turning frames with a hydraulic cylinder and mounting the dummy guide rail and the dummy projecting cylinder in the turning frame, and to improve efficiency by shortening the development time of the seat. CONSTITUTION: A rigidity test device comprises a fixing frame(11) having a lower part and a column part; a turning frame(13) turned around a hinge and mounted in the lower part of the fixing frame; a hydraulic cylinder(15) connecting the turning frame to the fixing frame; a first lift screw(21) longitudinally installed in the turning frame turned by the hydraulic cylinder; a dummy guide rail lifted up and down and mounted in the first lift screw; a dummy projecting cylinder(19) projecting the dummy mounted in the dummy guide rail to the sample seat; a second screw(34) installed to the turning frame to lift up and down the dummy projecting cylinder; and a motor(47) driving the first screw and the second screw.
