FIELD: communications engineering; speeding up data exchange between intelligent devices. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes generation of message by intelligent device of network, message transfer pending by delay time interval followed by message transfer; degree of data transfer channel usage is computed as percent of transceiver loading relative to theoretical maximum for transceivers of this type and delay time interval is corrected including degree of usage of data transfer channel, this delay time being increased in case of high degree of usage and decreased when it is low; deallocated data transfer channels are detected and delay time is counted starting from moment of data transfer channel deallocation.
