<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability in collation of print information printed on the surface and rear surface of a print body by performing mechanical collation under a state capable of easy visual collation in a method and a system for collating print information in which print information printed on the surface and rear surface of the print body is matched. <P>SOLUTION: Print information is printed on the surface and rear surface of a print body, a specified number of color marks predetermining the relation by a collation TB 28 are printed at specified aligned parts on the surface and rear surface. The color marks aligned on the surface and rear surface are irradiated with color characteristics detecting light from a light emitting means 13 and transmitting light is received by a light receiving means 14. A print information collating means 12 analyzes specific color characteristics of the color marks based on the transmitting light and collation of print information on the surface and rear surface is performed by making a decision whether the color of the color marks is a predetermined color or not based on the color characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
