<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking device for shortening the required marking time while suppressing degradation of the marking quality. <P>SOLUTION: For marking start points P1 and P8, the time is changed to the weight time according to the non-marking section length, and degradation of the marking quality caused by oscillation of marking start portions can be avoided. For marking stop points P7 and P12, the time is changed to the weight time according to the length of the immediately previous linear element, a so-called discontinuous character or the like is avoided, and marking is performed with high quality. In addition, for apexes P2-P6, and P9-P11, the time is changed to the weight time according to the magnitude of the apex angle, any inboard turning phenomenon or deep gouging state can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
